Cybercom developed and implemented a BPM solution for a major Telecoms Operator (Telenor) to streamline their order management system. This award winning process design realized many benefits with the new  BPM system (Spider)– both hard metrics and softer ones related to the users perception of a more stimulating and productive environment. Listed below are some areas of benefits and their outcome due to Spider.

Particularly interesting is that the Build Net unit has been able to increase its order handling capacity by 400%, while reducing the staff by 30% in the same time period.
