SME Foundation and Cybercom begin wide cooperation

SME Foundation in Finland and Cybercom have signed two three-year agreements. Both frame arrangements are valid until 31 December, 2012 and cover both the management and the development of the network application environment of the services provided by the foundation.

Sales Director of Cybercom in Finland, Mika Kuusisto, describes the contents of these agreements:
- Our company acts as an expert consultant that keeps the technical entirety solid. The arrangement also includes quality assurance of other network service partners of the foundation. It enables technical improvement of existing services and maintenance as well as implementation of new services. The agreement-related work is to be implemented in Finland, but it’s possible that we’ll also utilise the expertise of our global company in different solutions.

Jarmo Kovero from SME Foundation states:
- The selection process was long and challenging, but I’m pleased with the end result. Now we have a strategic partner with the desire and expertise to develop the network application environment. It’s important to us that the partner has the ability to efficiently implement application commissioning projects and has a vision of the current status and future of application technologies. The key to success is the ability to cooperate with our own experts and application suppliers. With the one and the same partner we can also manage and, above all, develop the network application environment (both test and production environments).
